About us
Wir bieten Speisen und Getränke für alle Altersgruppen an. Das Restaurant liegt auf einem Reiterhof und direkt am Deich. Die Zielgruppe sind NICHT die Reiter, sondern alle Gäste, die in St.Peter-Ording Urlaub machen und natürlich die Einheimischen. Es darf auf keinen Fall einen optischen Zusammenhang mit den Schimmelreiter hergestellt werden.....lieber modern und aus der Reihe tanzend.

Ich werde das Restaurant im Industrial Stil, in dunkelgrün, grau und cognacfarbend einrichten. Das Restaurant hat eine Bar, die einen geosndersten Namen hat. Dieser sollte gern zum Rest passen. Der Name ist Ponylunge. Nur nchmal zur Info: das Restaurant liegt zwar am Reitstall und trägt auch namen, die daraufhinweisen, aber ich möchte Pferde und Reiter nicht in den Vordergrund stellen. Lieber was neutrales wo sich jeder Gast angesprochen fühlt. Es muss ja auch wirtschaftlich werden.
