Specialty Coffee Shop and Specialty Coffee Roastery. Our target audience is made of middle and upper income people of both genders, coffee drinkers, professional, ages 20 to 50. Sophisticated and demanding.

We currently have a Coffee Roastery with three coffeeshops in a small city in Patagonia. Our company is 3 years old and we have an existing logo and image (attached). We are contemplating expanding into other cities and we are looking for a change with two objectives in mind: 1) Make our brand image less artistic and local and more professional, elegant, sleek; and 2) emphasize we are coffee roasters and not simply a coffee shop, in order to boost our coffee bean sales. The logo currently uses the words "Delirante Café" that does not necessarily indicate we roast our coffee. We expect the new logo to include the phrase "Tostadores de Café".
