The Common Bond logo needs to be more than just text - it needs some kind of symbol associated with it with a story. We want a clearly identifiable mark/icon. Maybe it's a stylized animal or object that ties into hospitality. I've included some images of stylized hummingbirds and foxes. Also interested in stylized keys (not too fancy looking) or keyholes, or motel key tag designs. We do not want the logo to look like a monogram. We want to incorporate the color orange in the logo, as it will be a signature of each hotel in the collection. Documents attached show the vision for each of the hotels in the collection to date. The guest experience will be fun--not pretentious or stuffy. There are a lot of mid-century design elements in these first hotels, but that is NOT a theme, nor will those designs necessarily be incorporated in later hotel projects.
