Lucky Creative did a lovely job on my Logo Contest. I was going for a neuron concept (not an easy task) and Lucky Creative came up with a rather lovely, delicate interpretation of the neuron cell body that fits with the gentle, soothing work I do as a massage therapist. Lucky Creative is highly responsive and has a great positive attitude.
BeeX is the best! I have used her for multiple projects and she always amazed me with her generousness and professionalism. I highly recommend her.
Always got back to our messages in a speedy amount of time and was very prompt on all the alterations and suggestions for updating the logo.

Awesome work and quick turnaround!
This designer was super responsive and did everything I requested in a timely manner. The designs were my favorite from the beginning. I probably drove her a little nuts with all my changes!

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a solo practicing massage therapist with a strong emphasis on settling and soothing the nervous system so that the muscles follow...coaxing more than forcing them. I offer what I would call more traditional therapeutic massage (swedish, deep tissue) but also variations on Thai massage (very movement/stretch based...it is sometimes called lazy person's yoga because you basically move your client into yoga positions for them while they chill out) as well as CranioSacral Therapy (a very gentle modality geared toward releasing tension in the body so that the nervous system can do it's thing). I work with folks 13 years and older and enjoy doing injury rehab work but also work well with those struggling with anxiety, depression, sensory integration disorders, chronic pain, fibromyalgia. I also love working with runners. And those who just want a forget-the-world-exists massage. Huge to me? You don't need to feel pain to feel better.

I have a wee little vision in my head. As I mentioned, the nervous system is huge to me in my work and approach. I studied it way back and it hasn't left me since. I don't know if it will work but I was thinking about a circular medallion made up of neurons...almost the feel of Charleston, NC gate work. Could be a bust, but I am really fond of this idea. I may want to carry the neuron design beyond the medallion to web and print backgrounds, but we'll see. But I definitely want a nervous system component to the design in a stylish, simple, subtle way. The graphics I included are my (very badly executed) way of trying to get thoughts out oaths. Those graphics with "Soothe" in them are my current logo (http://www.soothemt.com) and the quote is key in how I feel about my work.
Oh, and my industry choice was "spa & esthetics" only because that was the most fitting, but I'm NOT a spa. I believe in a soothing environment but because I have a background in neuropsychology and am an anatomy geek, I have a much more treat and educate vibe than spa.
