nicolemJ got their new logo design by running a design contest:
The introverts network needs a logo that will speak for us

Community & Non-Profit
The Introverts network is a group of individuals who identify as introverts and are passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace - specifically diversity of thought. The purpose of the network is to advocate for and represent the interests of introverted staff so they can be heard, recognised and valued for their contribution. A logo for this network should be distinct, strong, colourful, clean and different/innovative (not boring). One of the quotes the network particularly likes is "Tetris taught me that when you try to fit in, you disappear". While we like this quote and would be interested in designs that respect it, we are not wedded to the tetris concept and alternative designs will also be considered.
We will likely be looking to create a brand guide for this logo in the near future.
