How Reidwjohnson started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
CONTINUUM (and maybe "COLLEGE CONFERENCE" too, or just the word "CONTINUUM")
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Continuum College Conference is designed to ignite students to live for Jesus Christ on their various campuses. Whereas this is a Protestant Christian event, I don't necessarily want the logo to have overt Christian symbols (i.e. crosses, halos, doves, etc.). This is an annual gathering of college students, and again, I'm not sure yet if I even want "College Conference" in the actual logo (feel free to experiment with it both ways). I'm not even sure if I want "Continuum" in the logo; perhaps we would just want a cool variation of the letter "C" or "three C's" in a design.
A continuum is a group that is measured by two opposite points. An example would be the "good-bad" continuum, where no one is good or bad, but everyone is somewhere on that continuum moving in a direction. Our "continuum" is a faith-based continuum, where one end is "Christ-like" and the other end is "far from God." Every person on planet earth is somewhere on that continuum, and our conference wants to help people take their next step towards Jesus.

Let designers make suggestions
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I have included the Passion Conferences logo, which I like. I love anything that plays on lettering, whether it be the styling of the letters themselves or subtle images hidden in the letters. I don't want something that I could easily recreate in my limited Photoshop experience. I would like something COMPLETELY ORIGINAL; as in the example, you won't find the "P" in the Passion logo as a character in some free font. It's unique to their brand.
