" An authentic Italian Experience "
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Artisanal production of fresh Italian pasta and sauces, both plain and stuffed (ravioli). We are Italians and we are going to use our old family recipes. It’s important to point out that we make the real and original pasta exactly how you would find it in Italy. We will be importing most of the raw ingredients (flour, tomatoes etc.) from Italy, only organic and natural. We want to stress the excellent, safe NON GMO ingredients we are going to use, for this reason families are our main focus due to kids but actually our target is everyone who loves pasta.

The name La Dolda ™ comes from my mother’s family house in Emilia where, when was a child, would gather every summer with her family. At La Dolda ™ it was a tradition to make fresh pasta every day for the family meal. My mother learned from her grandmother and aunts how to make the real Pasta Emiliana. We decided that it would a good idea to use the family’s house name La Dolda ™ for our brand.
In addition to the colors we indicated, we would also like to use black.
