Country Village Meats
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Country Village Meats is all about meats crafted in the old-fashion butcher shop tradition. Our history dates to 1955 when first opened in the village of Sublette, Illinois. In 1995 the name was changed to Country Village Meats when bought by the previous owners. We recently purchased the business and now are looking to update the logo, while keeping the name of the company. We are still family owned and operated. Meat is our passion. Our mission is to make the finest tasting products via the artisan methods of years gone-by.
Our butchers offer decades of unparalleled experience in whole animal butchery, curing and smoking, sausage making, marinating meats and fresh cut steaks and chops. Much of their skilled meat cutting is on display for customers to see in our retail shop.
Country Village Meats also features whole animal butchery where local farmers bring their animals to us to butcher for their families, friends and our customers.
We put so much into our meats because we love food and enjoy creating meats our customers can count on for their holiday gatherings and family occasions. We are known throughout the area as providing our customers with the highest quality products and services.
Our logo is on products in our retail store, plus on our items found in local grocery stores and small shops in the region. It will be used on various marketing materials and clothing.
