I offer Ayurvedic health and nutrition consulting as well as personal cooking trainings. Later on I plan to offer psychological consultation and personal yoga classes, I am still on training in these fields. My clients are interested in their health, environment and spiritual growth. Ayurveda means knowledge of a healthy, long life and is a wisdom generated through observation over thousands of years. It´s origins are in old India but it starts becoming more and more popular in Europe as it is a close relative of yoga. Yogic wisdom aims to heal the mind, Ayurvedic wisdom aims to keep the body heathy. Ayurveda is about prevention but can also heal disease. I help my clients to find their individual diet suiting their individual nature best. Ayurveda says we are all unique in our constitution therefore everyone needs it´s personal and unique diet to stay balanced and happy. Ayurveda says there are three energies (vata, pitta, kapha) within us and only when all three are in balance we are happy and healthy. There are also three energies on the mental level (sattva, rajas, tamas) which can be balanced with food and yoga practice. The logo could either include three or six items (e.g. the petals of a flower) representing the balance of these three physical/ three mental energies.

The word "canela" is Spanish for cinnamon, it is my favorite spice and important in Ayurveda. (I love the sound of the word and the Spanish language that´s why I chose it). The spice has warming and sweet qualities, the bark of the cinnamon tree is used, it´s originally from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). The tree has a white little flower which could be included in the logo (no must!).
The feelings associated with the logo should be: health, exoticism, pleasure (of eating good food), nature, well-being, warmth.
The logo needs to be recognizable when printed in black/white.
It will be used mainly on business cards, flyers, hand outs (recipes), homepage, Instagram.
