E-Commerce Template(uncoded) and Logo(can be separate) $300

Looking for e-commerce layout and site design for a small retail diet food store. The contest says it is for coded template, but really an un-coded template works fine. Also looking for a logo to be designed. Please email me if you have any questions or need 'direction.'
