Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Seawolf is going to be a neighborhood pub in historic Jack London Square district in Oakland. Craft beer, classic cocktails, unpretentious American pub food, warm, friendly atmosphere. Think English/Irish public house in California - not cliche, but homey.Target audience is men and women ages 25-40 who are looking for a relaxed friendly local spot where they can get quality inexpensive food, and linger either to watch a game, talk to friends, or listen to music.

I like the style & coloring of vintage maps, vintage compass rose, and seacreatures. I don't like too frilly writing or "ugly" seacreatures that are on some maps. I would like someone to create a seawolf (half wolf, half sea - a tail that's not mermaid-y but fierce, with a good transition between body and head so it doesn't look like a wolf head plopped onto a tail ), something that may have gone on a masthead. The wolf head should be majestic, strong, not angry. I'd like to incorporate a vintage compass rose, with the creature possibly imposed on top of it so the compass is in the background and goes around the seawolf, and the seawolf is an s-shape on top - or somewhat s-shaped. Those are just some ideas but I would like to see what others envision. I like seahorse-type scales that look more armourlike, maybe scales too if it's not too serpent like (not long and flowing) or even something else, like a shark skin texture. Something that looks strong. In terms of color, I'm good with black/white, and I also like the colors in the colored compass rose that's attached. I also like the subtle colors in the vintage maps that are also attached. I'm excited to see what you come up with! Thank you
