Currently we own Bosscat kitchen+libations. A whiskey bar with Southern Comfort food. We are developing a sister bar called Mixing Den. It will be a small craft bar focused on small batch wines, local craft beer, whiskey, and small batch spirits. The look and feel of the establishment will be a speak easy meets your grandfathers den. The bar itself will look like an actual den from a castle. It will have lots of rich dark brown leathers, exposed brick walls, and some copper elements, lots of chalkboards. The menus we want to look like old library cards because there will be book shelves with old bar books. All the drinks will be hand crafted and made with love. Our ice is hand carved each day and all the freshest ingredients will be used at all times. We will be making old classic cocktails served in traditional coupe glasses. Our target audience are the 25-50 young professionals. We are located in a very industrial business area so a lot of business men and women alike will frequent our establishment. The kind of food that we will be serving is a very rustic, a lot of meat and cheese, charcuterie type items and small apps such as house pickles, marinated olives, and things that pair well with wine and craft beer. Attached is the logo we currently have. There are We want to stick with the idea of a family crest and to incorporate bar tools that mixologist use. We will be whiskey focused as well. The logo need to represent our vintage classic style. We also want the logo round and circular so if the crest can be placed in a circular shape with rusted nail rivets. Or some sort of circular design. Attached is also our current logo for our other concept.

I would like to incorporate bar tools in the desing but need it to look classisc. More of a vintage style. Any other beer hops elements would also be welcomed.
