I will be taking the time to give lots of feedback so your efforts won't be wasted. We want the design to be simple enough to be able to be used as a favicon as well as a rather large icon.
I have uploaded a pdf with some sample logos that we like the look and feel of. Of course, we don't want you to copy these logos...maybe just use them for inspiration. Hopefully, they will help give you a feel of what we are looking for.
