BF Graphics was great. Small change to the original concept, that's it.
The designer has fulfilled my wishes to 100%, I am very satisfied!
Had a great time developing a design with immix. A designer with a very good understanding of how to translate a brief into a design. Well done!
Very responsive and open to new ideas.
How allfourpawslondon started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
All Four Paws
What’s your company slogan?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are an group of pet companies, primarily focused on services and products for dogs and cats. We want a logo that can be used across several All Four Paws pet businesses we are growing .These currently centre around an online advice and community website for dog and cat owners. There is also advice on dog friendly entertainment venues, restaurants hotels etc.
We target pet owners, (dog and cat) owners in general but with a focus (but not exclusively) towards people living in urban areas such as professionals (often late 20’s/30’s/40’s), often with a high standard of living and whom don’t worry about spending on their pets, often having them instead of or before children. We also target young families and mom’s who have had pets and children. We would like a high end but approachable look to our logo that is tasteful but modern and includes within it a symbol that is recognisable in it’s own right for the brand (in the way the bird is for twitter). We are a young brand growing up in London and the UK but with aspirations to launch internationally, likely focused on capital cities such as Paris, New York etc, where there are similar young professional dynamics at play. Our brand has elements of a lifestyle brand about it.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Animal & Pet
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
We have no fixed colours. The colour selection above is ideas/preferences based on our initial ideas to have neutrals or use black/white then with eye catching accents of tiffany blue, qua/sky or yellow (bright but mellow). Open to ideas though
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We have considered having a dog & potentially cat images; if used our ‘muse’ pets are a Blue Rowen Cocker Spaniel and two kittens, one Dark Grey and one Tortoiseshell and if the pet schematic could represent this that would be great. It would be great to include a dog and a cat, or element of both if possible but we do not want to overcomplicate the log. We want something crisp and lean and easily identifiable.
We don’t want a very complicated logo as we want it easily recognisable when small (for instance a twitter button).
We want it to be ‘cute’ but aspirational and get people’s buying and attract them to look further.
We like the idea of the colours used being modern neutrals - grey’s taupe with accent colours (for instance a collar? no requirement just an idea!). As accent colours we are open but like tiffany blue/aqua; and yellow - something eye catching that grabs attention.
As well as our brand name we would like the symbol to be able to be used alone without the wording of All Four Paws.
We had wondered about the ‘o’ in ‘Four’ being a paw but just an idea, we are not wedded to this at all.
(The files attached show our pets for images ideas, although they don't capture how cheeky or pets are which would be nice to show, The sketches are just doodle of things we considered but aren't wedded to and would love new ideas.)
