The name: l’artisan rôtisseur (translation : the artisan roaster)
This is a restaurant.
As the name implies, the idea is to roast the products not in a mass production way but in an "artisanal" way : in a delicate and qualitative way.
The roasted products themselves will be highly qualitative, local farm products, from agriculture if not organic, reasoned.
We need to be different from the roaster of the market by the quality and by the diversity of the roasted products.

> elegance - sobriety. Away from the glitz, we want to be modest but refined, efficient and "clean".
> Homemade, the know-how is valued
