Il BIO dall'Orto alla Tavola
We are a small family owned farm located in Tuscany, Italy. We sell organic fresh and seasonal vegetables ("primizie") with a focus on salads and baby leaves. We sell to high end restaurants, organic food shops as well as directly to the customers at farmers markets. Our values are centered on four different aspects: - High quality of the final product. - Small scale local agriculture inserted in the local economical lanscape. - Sustainable agriculture: raising awareness on the environmental and health benefits of organic small scale farming. - Modern agriculture with innovative technics and varieties adapted to small scale organic farming.
Our logo needs to be rather simple with all elements easily recognisable. Since it will also be used as a stamp, the logo needs to be presentable both in black ink and in color. Its general shape needs to be circular (but it is not mandatory to have a circle in the logo itself). We imagine our logo with a classic, vintage and rustic style. We would like a logo that represents our products or gives a clear idea of what we aim to sell. It is not mandatory to use the slogan in the logo. We would like to include a leaf (or leaves) of arugula (as shown in the attached sketches) which is the main baby leaf salad served historically in Italy. Other baby leaf salads can be used with or instead of arugula. Also attached are other ideas of vegetables that could be included and two sketches (see our drawing talents 😊) which are the first ideas we had for the logo. As a last note, our farm is located in traditional Tuscany. If you feel like it, you can use that information (please avoid to write "Tuscany, Italy" though). Good luck!
