Executive coaching, leadership development. Bummock is the large part of the iceberg that is hidden beneath the surface of the sea. The business believes we show up as our whole selves to work and everyone has a lot beneath the surface that is the compilation of our experiences that create our own perspectives, as does everyone else we are working with. Bummock coaching helps you lead authentically, increasing your self-awareness of what is at your core that drives your purpose. Would like the name used as the logo rather than a name and an image/bug. Would like the logo to use the name to portray the connection to what a Bummock is.
