PatRocchi got their new logo design by running a design contest:
The Bucket Stops Here!: This logo will help revolutionize the common bucket.

Our company makes flexible packaging. For example, instead of packing coffee in hard metal cans, we package them in flexible backs, like you see at Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts. This product is a flexible alternative to a traditional hard bucket. It is plastic, and it folds out to form a bottom so that it stands. The top seals shut, and the top portion has a handle built into it. Just so you know, the name, "Bakatto," derives from the pronunciation of the Japanese word for bucket. However, the fact it is Japanese is incidental and that should not play into the design.
Other color requirements
Green: SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED EARLIER THAT OUR COMPANY'S GREEN IS PANTONE 356. IT SHOULD APPEAR THERE SOMEWHERE, EVEN IF YOU COMPLIMENT IT WITH OTHER SHADES.
I have included a jpg of a prototype of the product. The purpose of this is to give the artists a better idea of what the product looks like in order to understand its function. I did not include it to influence the design of the logo.
