TOKI TERIYAKI is a fast casual restaurant serving Japanese/Korean food in a quick casual, made to order setting. Serving healthy, grilled, cuisine to the masses.
We have 2 locations (currentlly wabagrill.com--another teriyaki chain) in the Washington DC suburbs.
We want to appeal to healthy eaters, young/athletic types who want Asian food in a casual setting. This should have universal appeal.

IMPORTANT NOTES: We are currently open and rebranding from our current brand, wabagrill.com. We do not want to lose our customer base, the logo has to be somewhat different from WaBa Grill but maybe have the same feel as to not alienate our base.
But we are also open to making a clean break so we are not a knock off brand. Our menu will be 80% similar (see wabagrill.com menu) but will have more options especially in sauces and more sides, vegeterian options.
WaBa Grill has a tag line "Eat Smart, Be Healthy" but we do not think people remember this but we have it on the walls and menus
