St. food pty ltd is a company devoted to the idea that contemporary cooking techniques ussually associated with fine dining should be accessible to the average Joe. We are selling a less greasy take on street food with a focus on flavor (so a shorter, daily, mixed menu with moderately cheap prices). We would incorporate styles of cuisine from all over the world selling food aiming to leave the consumer satisfied and invigorated. Our aim is to be both sophisticated and accessible. Our target audiences are hipsters, foodies and fast food lovers between the ages of 20-35. We are all about small open kitchens with a vision to open a number of shops in the future and eventually franchise. examples of our products are Sous-vide Skewers, Thai salads (larb, nahm jim etc.), American salads (jalapeno and walnut slaw with buttermilk aioli dressing) and , Pseudo Vietnamese Coca-cola pork rolls, deep fried brussel sprouts, Flat breads
