About us

Our landing page will be a brief introduction to what we do: We provide real estate development and construction project management services to clients who want to develop a piece of real estate but do not have the experience, relationships or time to work through the complex process of getting it done timely & cost-effectively. My partner & my backgrounds are in commercial construction. Target audience is land owners in the Central Texas area (Austin, etc.) considering a real estate development project and needing consulting expertise to get it done.

We have a logo & business card design we awarded through a 99Designs contest so we can provide those files. Our vision is a fairly contemporary page that is not too busy or cluttered. Some brief content on who we are, what we do and our experience. Some project photos we provide & possibly some stock construction related photos for interest. At the same time it needs to project action and energy.

Elements to include in the landing page

logo and branding, principals names and contact info, explanation and illustration of our services, some construction project photos on a loop.

Other notes

We need the site to be in Wordpress so it can be easily modified and expanded at a later date. Also designed so it formats properly if accessed from a smart phone or tablet.
