It's an online course for medical Spanish
The audience is medical professionals (doctors, nurses) and healthcare students (medical students, nursing students). Needs to look professional It's a tech product so it's good to have a human element (picture of people?) Needs to come off as simple to use and effective
Elements to include in the landing page
#1 goal of landing page is to tell people about the medical spanish online course, then get them to click trial button to sign up for trial, or to click purchase button to purchase course. To do this, we need to build trust, convince users that learning medical Spanish is important, and that the course is easy to use. Turn the current canopyapps.com landing page into a page just for medical Spanish. Delete the current blue section on the homepage with the three rounded square images. The only things that need to be kept the same as they are now are the top header bar with the "Canopy" logo, and the menu attached to that bar: "home", "about", "contact", FAQ" because these features are consistent on the other pages of the site that are not being redesigned. Everything else can be changed. You can either just redesign the white part of the page and move it higher to cover where the blue part is now, or you can expand that white horizontally and get ride of the brown background as well. See the attached mockup for updated content. Use this content as a guideline for what to include in the new landing page, but everything can be redesigned including images of the people, fonts, buttons, etc. Would be good to keep areas for screenshots and list of organizations that currently use the product. In addition to the mockup: Add a place to play a video. Add sharing on facebook/twitter/linkedin Add a place for instructions for a video contest.
