Aditan was a pleasure to work with on our design. The first design he sent us was almost exactly what we were looking for. Full of ideas, suggestions and very, very quick to respond to our requests, we could not fault his work at all. We loved the design so much we have recently completed a 1-2-1 project with him to design our business cards, and once again we are delighted with his work. Hope to work with Aditan again on our forthcoming project.

Need a set of playing card faces drawn in either Flash or Illustrator as vector graphics. Must be vector! Will want either a Flash or Illustrator file for final delivery.
One document with 12 images: jack, queen and king of all four suits.
The theme is Arabian Nights/Aladdin/Sinbad/Ali Baba. The kings should look like 4 Arabian kings from comics or animated movies. The queens should look like Arabian queens/princesses. The jacks can look like Arabian knights or heroes. They should be bright, attractive, fun and even whimsical.
Common playing card standards need to be followed: one-eyed jacks, suicide king, etc. See the included image of 12 cards for specifics. This image is the current set I am using, but I want a different style for a new game.
I just need the character artwork, no need to provide the complete cards, borders, letters or suits. Each character should be different, so not the same queen 4 times with different colors.
As for colors, I'd love it if a consistent palette of several colors was used throughout the 12 images. So maybe pick out a set of 3-5 colors and shades and only use those colors. Obviously the heart and diamond cards should feature lots of red, while the spade and club cards should feature lots of black.
Here are some URLs that point to images that give you an idea of what I am looking for in terms of style and quality:
It is OK to submit early samples with only, say 3 characters and then ask for feedback before drawing all 12. I like to give feedback often, so check my comments on yours and other submissions to more guidance.
