http://www.fortlev.com.br/ - I liked the way they put the 4 most important links in the index ("Nossos Produtos", "Onde encontrar", etc..), also the colors and the style; http://madebywheat.com/ - Very clean layout, nice horizontal menu on the header; http://www.zolaseverydayvintage.com/ - I liked the menu and also the big image bellow the header (an image of our jobs in this way could be nice); http://naksfood.com/ - The menu has a very nice design, its very clean and I also like the colors; http://urbanrootsfarm.com/why_urban.php - I like everything being as a "sketch" but with nice colors; http://www.leapintoleadership.com/ - Nice colors and presentation; http://impa.net/marine_trader/ - It gives a very serious impression and is very simple.

We want a first page (index or home) showing maybe pictures of our jobs and another page with text and pictures (the content will be the same as http://www.pedeferro.com/decoracao_lycra_tensionada.htm/).

We want a very clean and light layout, preferably using our logo colors or colors that fit it (its attached, dont use the website logo, its old). We would like to avoid flash, if possible, but maybe images changing with js, if it fits your design. Also, if you think a way to use pictures of our jobs as part of the layout, you can request any image that is in the website in higher resolution and I'll attach here. I might not have all of them, but I can try.
