Vbulletin Header, & Icons Design (Fishing) $150

Need a vbulletin header and icons design to replace our phpbb forum at www.swordfishingcentral.com/forums - New Forum is here www.swordfishing/forum - I may decide to go for a full skin if you wan to pitch it and I'll pay another $100. We already have a logo, but may be interested in something just for the forums.

Desired Color Scheme: Blues To Go Along With Vbulletin Desired Style: Marine, Fish Related Accepted File Formats: Coded Using CSS but not neccessary I would like this to be a unique theme with blue colors that go well with the default blue vbulletin skin. I will change the css colors appropriately to match this header. I am a designer and have drawn a header and some fish, but I'm not sure if I want to use it.
