Wildflower Villages is a residential development company building a national brand for Tiny House living. Tiny Houses is a new trend in living, with homes uniquely designed from 200-400 sq. ft. These are homes that can be mobile or permanent and are located in resort/artist-driven areas. Its first property is located in Flat Rocks, NC and provides the land, custom design/construction, utilities, community-centric activities such as club house, dog run, swimming pool, fire pit and events. The target market tends to be women from 40-60, although these demographics may change depending on location. Tiny Houses are best suited for young singles/couples, retired singles/couples, adventurers and community-oriented people.

The brand intends to become the market leader in tiny house properties, therefore we want a logo/image system that is "cerebral" in catching attention while being seen as "clever." As new locations are created, we will want the "tag" to change location and perhaps change focus of color (while staying within the brand palette). As this is a very hot trend, we want the logo to feel fresh/current while comforting those making major life-style changes.
