The target group are young adults, singles, couples, families and senior citizens, primarily from urban areas in the German speaking countries, who appreciate high-quality travelling and customized service. Mostly female customers are addressed. kerolina customers are mainly generated through google ads and private recommendations. Online Marketing will be the most important tool for customer acquisition.
