a contemporary urban food truck concept that is based on "pulled" foods that are comforting, filling and delicious. Getting messy and digging in with your hands is highly encouraged :)
Our food truck will be the first of its kind to be serving pulled meat sandwiches as well as “pulled” themed appetizers and desserts, such as arancini balls, and monkey bread. Our food will be served to people between ages 18-35; it will be affordable and caters to both male and female audiences. (We are looking at the millennial demographic sector, i.e. hipsters, foodies, social media addicts, etc.) Consistent great tasting comfort food, made from high quality ingredients. We hope to offer a retro vibe with a modern twist. Our menu will focus on taking simple classic and comforting recipes and turning them into modern dishes that relate to our clientele. The colors should be mostly neutral, if any color needs to be added, it should be a bright color for example yellow. There is no existing branding that needs to be carried over since we are starting from scratch. We want it to have a clean and sleek look, and to have a rustic as well as industrial mix when it comes to the feel of the logo, we also want it to have a 90’s touch, where people will be reminded of the 90’s when this restaurant is seen (90’s nostalgia, i.e tv shows, music, celebs, etc). We would like to see options that will work well with a variety of applications. This brand identity will determine everything we design from the fit out of the truck to the menu designs, and even the uniforms . So it has to be something adaptable yet memorable.
