Either a student or recent graduate from sport science / nutrition courses trying to get their first job who has a passion for nutrition and the impact on performance. This group then splits into people still studying and are forward planning or people who have graduated previously but are struggling to find the dream job. They will all have a growth mindset, be forward thinking, and willing to put in the extra work. They will also quite often have a link to or interest in performance, conditioning training, or sports training.

The author is looking for a design that is aligned to his business and existing branding (I have attached a zip file of existing branding assets). The design should reflect the fact that both male and female people have been interviewed for the book, from many different backgrounds and across the UK and Australia. Not all nutritionists have the same journey into sport but those who are working at the top all have similar traits. The book should come across that it has dived deep into the journeys and careers of nutritionist currently working in the industry and they are sharing their experiences, lessons and advice for others The author likes the idea of using a graphic illustration, but it needs to cleverly incorporate concepts of performance nutrition as well as self-development and growth mindset. He is also open to the idea of using the 10 interviewees as either photographs (images attached) or graphical representations. The author specifically referenced the book "Key Person of Influence" by Daniel Priestley as inspiration.
What to avoid
Anything unprofessional or cheesy... this book is interviewing the most prestigious sports nutritionists in the world and needs to be taken seriously.
