Für ihn gibt es nicht die eine perfekte Ernährungsform, die für jeden passt. Und Wunderdiäten schon gar nicht. Er selbst hab schon jegliche Ernährungsform selbst getestet, analysiert und bewertet. Daraufhin entstand die Idee des Selbsttest: Findet heraus welche Ernährungsform am Besten zu euch passt!
