Come the weekend, Leigh can be found 2 hours outside of Nashville, in a small southern town, helping her husband in his nonprofit centered on bee conservancy and education. The heart of this book is dedicated to helping people realize the importance of their authentic stories to many aspects of their lives. From job interviews, college interviews, pitching an idea, raising funds for a non profit, getting to know your colleagues, to enriching personal gatherings with deeper conversation, there is a place for storytelling in all aspects of our lives. In this book I share what business storytelling is, the why, science behind how it works, how to identify and craft experiences into suitable professional stories and personal examples of professional stories.
