Brian is awesome! Completes projects on time and does great work! Thank you!
Very receptive to any changes I asked for, easygoing and friendly' very artistic and talented, willing to accommodate and be flexible.
As always, Alerim was a treat to work with. She did a great job working with me on this cover and helping me to get everything in place and knew the right questions to ask when I suggested a direction that wasn't quite as helpful. I am very happy with her work and plan on working with her in the future.

Looking for a cover design for my new novel The Wandering Tree to be released in a month or two. The book is about a young man trying to understand the connection between fate, spirituality and the supernatural. A subplot to the story centers around a tree in a field behind the main character's house. Over the course of a century, the tree slowly moves from one side of the field to the other. This book is the first in a series entitled "The Strewn Field Tales" which documents the strange happenings of people who live within the strewn field of an ancient meteorite shower.
I'm looking for a simple design with a nostalgic feel and some mystical undertones. Something that pops without being cheesy, and with plenty of room for review blurbs and that sort of thing. I'm attaching a picture that sort of captures the feel of what I'm looking for, though I can't use the picture since I don't know where it came from. The tree is definitely going to be important to the design; in the book, it's the largest elm tree in Oklahoma with a trunk diameter of 8 to ten feet. I like the idea of a nondescript figure looking up at a massive tree in the middle of a hayfield, if that helps. Would also like to clarify in advance that I will want source files (photoshop, illustrator, etc) with layers as well as any fonts used at the end of the contest. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
