The main part of our business is to introduce US based software companies that specialize in solving the big data problem to Canadian end users that want to purchase and use this software. WE are now starting a video blogging page which will be a collection of interviews done by myself at technology conferences that people can download to learn more about cool tech companies in an entertaining and fun way. These interviews will be short video blog style interviews.
What's your vision?
We are going to launch a Youtube channel and require channel art banner designed to provide branding for this video blogging website. I would like something designed that is consistent with my logo colors but more representative of an interview site - maybe something that a late night comedy talk show would use for branding. The new Youtube channel format also requires a small thumbnail image to be overlayed on top of the banner in the top left area which is 800px by 800px image. Maximum file size is 1MB - this could be anything (logo, image of me, animation, stock image, etc..) These are the required Youtube channel specs for the banner itself: http://support.google.com/youtube/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=2972003&topic=16630&ctx=topic Total Size needs to be: 2120 X 350 px The Safe Area which is always visible: 1280 X 350 px Centered on the image - this is where the design should be contained - rest of banner should be background. Flexible Area (maybe visible): 420 px to the left and 420 px to the right of the safe area.
One of our tag lines is: "We connect technology leaders with the right customers" I would like this put somewhere on the image/banner that is designed so people that visit the website understand the core part of our business but also want to visit because they enjoy the video content. This is my website for more reference: www.jfive.ca
